The home’s design inspiration came from a personal trip to Nyhavn Canal in Copenhagen Denmark years ago. The warm wood tones, soft grays with pops of color, and the overall feeling of comfort, contentment, and coziness in the Danish Hygge design and mentality are layered thru-out the home to create a welcoming atmosphere for family and friends to gather

Centrally located in Yosemite Forks, in middle of the 'golden triangle' of
1) Yosemite National Park South Entrance [22min / 12.4mi]
2) Oakhurst Town (for supplies, gas, EV charging, and restaurants) [9min / 4.6mi]
3) Bass Lake, beautiful fun lake activities [7min / 4.0mi].

Recently remodeled 1300+ sq ft, with back and front decks, Adirondack chair seating under the stars, High Speed Mesh WIFI, Apple Homepod Mini in each room, open floor plan with sight lines from the kitchen, dining room and living room, perfect for large groups or multiple families and friends to gather.

- Living Room with large comfortable couch and additional seating for up to 7, along with a 55” TV enabeled with Apple TV and Chromecast, and 2 Homepod Minis set up in stereo pair, perfect for movie nights.
- Daybed couch in living room that can be converted in to 2 twin bed sleepers.

- One bedroom (queen bed) with one full bath with work station set up and ample charging, and an Apple Homepod Mini
- Fully stocked kitchen with cabinets labeled for easy access to tools needed to cook a delicious meal. And allow the Amazon Echo Show 8 to be your sous chef, recipe provider, kitchen timer, or music station.
- Dining room has seating for up to 6 with additional 3 breakfast bar stool seats that can function as a workstation with ample plugs.

UPSTAIRS:

Guests will have private access to the entire upper unit; 3 bedroom 2 bath home which includes front porch, back deck, Adirondack chairs, and driveway.

Please note there is a separate unit and tenants in the bottom unit, it has its own separate entrance with tenant parking along the street. Please be respectful.

HOUSE RULES
- There is one security camera at the front entrance driveway for guest safety and security.
- We are a shoes off household as we regularly have families with infants staying who enjoy crawling around. Please be considerate. Shoe rack provided at front entrance. Outdoor slippers provided at backyard entrance.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
- This is a quiet family neighborhood, please be respectful. $500 fines will be enforced for noise complaints and parties.
- No smoking
- Outdoor string lights on house are programmed to turn on at sunset and turn off at 10:30PM
