(Ajax to the locals), Snowmass Mtn. The home can comfortably accommodate multiple families (sleeps 10 very comfortably) with 6,247 square feet of internal living space including 5 large bedrooms (one with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, walk-in robe, ensuite with steam shower and Jacuzzi tub and adjacent office with printing facilities) and a bunk room with high quality bedding and dedicated bathroom with steam shower. A second study and library seating area between the three bedrooms on the top level. The property has extensive southeast facing outdoor deck areas overlooking the valley below and surrounding mountains including multiple outdoor dining areas, a large outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub area, sunbaking area, outdoor lounge area. The home has 5.5 bathrooms (all fully renovated 2015), 2 laundry’s (1 laundry room, 2 ironing boards), 2 kitchens (1 large gourmet), a grand room with log fireplace, 2 lounge areas with gas fireplaces and large flat screen TV’s, a 1 car heated garage and parking for 5 more cars outside. The large gourmet kitchen is well equipped for entertaining big groups. It has a large fridge, a chefs 6 burner gas stove and plate grill, two large ovens, a microwave, a large dishwasher, a walk-in pantry and it is stocked with utensils, crockery, pots and pans and has a gas grill located on the adjacent deck. The small kitchen has a large fridge, a four-burner electric stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The home has been set up for skiing with a large ski racking system in the heated garage and a ski room with a bench and storage space for large numbers of boots, jackets and helmets. The home also has free high speed wireless internet throughout and a central wireless music hub with separate volume controls in each room throughout the property.
The property also has one of the best private sledding hills/driveways in the area. It is over 600 ft long and is straight on a steady 10% grade which provides a great activity for everyone.
