Very helpful staff, nice room.

sheets were soft and beds were comfortable
There was no one in reception when I needed something from my stored luggage, shower was cold and breakfast was white sliced bread, fake cheese and served on throw away styrofoam plates and plastic.

Very close to airport, easy and free shuttle, friendly staff.
Decor could use some updating
Bed not that comfortable but fine

Staff was very friendly. It’s a good choice to stay here if you need to stay near the airport.
For me the shuttle service was a bit confusing, because I had to write a message when I already was outside the airport. It took them a few minutes to answer and then somebody picked me up, so it did work! But I would like it better if the shuttle was confirmed beforehand.

This is a great place to stay for convenience. I booked it because it was near the airport and had a free shuttle I could take early morning. The man who checked me in was friendly and helpful and was the same person who drove us to the airport early morning. So thank you to him.
My main issue was the struggle to actually get into the place as it’s a gated private road with security guards. I even came in a shuttle from another part of Guatemala and the security wouldn’t let the driver through! Even though he showed his badge etc- and they said I’d have to go through on my own but it was far from that gate. So thankfully they persevered in insisting on taking me to the door.
As a solo female traveller, this made me feel really uncomfortable- along with how the place is inside. Like a motel - and there wasn’t a window in the bathroom, just mosquito net. So it was cold, especially to shower in the morning 🥶

I didn’t have a chance to have breakfast at the service was courteous attentive safe and prompt no questions asked
The only thing I would Suggest would be to have some coffee or tea or microwave or someplace where I could eat. Also hot water was not to my liking.

The location close to the airport, everything was clean and the staff was helpful.
The breakfast was very lacking. They said that the cooks didn't work on weekends and all I got was a cold ham and cheese sandwich and orange juice. They could at least have cold cereal for us to eat and perhaps toast or pastries that don't require cooking.

Super close to the airport. Staff was great.
The bed was super hard and not at all comfortable. Also the bedding had a very strong smell and wasn’t comfortable.

Beds were comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and drove us to the airport at midnight for free
Our room was hot and stuffy and window didn't open. There was no AC but there was a fan that we couldn't use because there was 1 power outlet in the entire room meant for 4 people and we needed it to charge our phones.. The bathroom door was warped so it wouldn't fully close.

Very loud till late at night as people coming and going (as to be expected being an airport hotel)
