This charming home sits in a quiet suburban neighborhood just south of Dayton. Many guests' favorite place here is the paver patio. Being outside & enjoying the sun or cuddling up with a good book on the sofa by the gas firepit. So I welcome you and hope your stay will be enjoyable!! A little Palace is located in an active Neighborhood Watch area, so it's safe and therefore, absolutely no parties or pets are allowed.
Additionally, A Little Palace is completely tobacco and vape-free. Thank you for your respect in this matter.
Please note this is an historical home and there are no bathrooms on the main floor; they are upstairs and in the finished basement.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, the finished basement is a safe shelter and the fire department is literally 1 block away at the top of the hill. In partnership with the neighborhood, they operate on a "no siren rule" for your peace and quiet.

Lastly, Know Your Guest will send a text to your mobile after your reservation is confirmed. There is an option of a $500 security deposit or $35 Waiver fee.

Guest have access to entire house except a small storage area and the garage has my personal belongings in it.

This place has 3 bedrooms, 1 Olympic queen bed, 1 queen bed and 1 twin with 1 twin trundle during your stay.

Uber & Lyft are easily available and actively service the area should you not have your own vehicle.

Situated on a corner lot in a wooded, family-friendly neighborhood, this place will immediately feel like "home" to you. A Little Palace features original hardwood floors, travertine tile floor and granite counters in the kitchen plus a gas fireplace in the living room.
Chef-quality kitchen tools & cookware will let you safely "stay in" while feeling like you're "dining out."
A six-foot wood privacy fence and newer roofed pergola allows you to escape and enjoy your stay in the landscaped backyard.
My Palace is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between guests. We want you to feel safe knowing the place has been protected for you!
Know Your Guest (our insurance) will send a text to your mobile or email after your reservation is confirmed. There is a $35 Waiver fee.

If you are bringing a Pet, there is a charge of $150 per stay for 1 pet. (we reserve the right to charge extra for more than 1 pet). No cats since owner is allergic to them.

Lastly, We love to welcome last minute guests, our company hours are from 8am to 6pm. If a same day reservation comes in during those hours, we will do what we can to accomodate you. We do reserve the right to charge an additional $200 security deposit which will be refunded back within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
