The Cozy Getaway is a beautiful home located in the town of Arvada, just minutes from Denver. We welcome you to invite loved ones to get together to enjoy the spacious, peaceful house close to all that the Denver Metro has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there are multiple rooms to gather and relax in. Each comfortable bedroom has ample closet space, and there are two work stations with desktop computers. There is also a huge, peaceful back yard with a grill and covered seating. BEDROOMS This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably with an additional pull out sleeper sofa bed. Sleeping arrangements include 1 King and 1 Queen Bed, 3 Full beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofa bed. Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - a bunkbed with two Full beds, and a work station with laptop computer Bedroom 4 - a Full bed in the lower level of the home Lower rec room - a Queen sleeper sofa bed BATHROOMS There are 2 full bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen that includes beautiful countertops and modern appliances. There is also a coffee bar. The dining room is perfect for enjoying a meal for 8. OUTSIDE SPACE The house has an outdoor patio with a new stainless steel grill. The back yard is spacious and peaceful. There is parking available in the garage for one vehicle, on the driveway for two vehicles, and there is also ample street parking available.
