About this house rental

Centrally located in the heart of the Northern Beaches. Spacious 2 storey, 4 bedroom house with covered alfresco and a secure levelled backyard. The property offers off street parking and on street parking making it ideal for group stays or a perfect family holiday. Abundance of surrounding walking paths and nature trails allow easy strolls to local Cafes, Shopping Centres, and RSL CLub. Within a 5 minute drive to Warriewood beach.

The upper level has 4 comfortably sized bedrooms as well as a lounge/tv space at the top of the landing. Adjacent to the lounge is the master bedroom with a King bed, walk in robe and ensuite. There are 2 queen bedrooms, and the final room has 2 x single beds all with built ins. The bathroom has a free standing bath with a separate toilet.

The ground level offers a cinema room with 4 reclining cinema seats (additional cinema seating to accomodate for up to 8 guests) and 85" 4K Smart TV, a pool room with 5' pool table, WC, fully equipped laundry, private study with large corner desk and bookshelf (inc books and board games), kitchen with adjoining dining/living space which then flows out to the covered alfresco with beefeater BBQ and onto the grassed backyard. Finally, the garage has been transformed into a rumpus type area, including table tennis and equipped gym. Table tennis can be stored so secure garage parking can be available for 1 vehicle.

The outdoor and backyard area have lockable gates on either side of the house, with a security camera at the front of the property. Guests can access the main entrance using a smart security lock with their own unique entrance code.

Dogs permitted on application with all surrounding foot and walking paths permitted with on leash walking (except the wetlands nature reserve/boardwalks surrounding Warriewood Shopping Centre) and also multiple nearby off leash dog parks including the famous Bayview Dog Park (Rowland Reserve Dog Off-leash Area) on Pittwater.

Strictly no parties and 10 PM noise curfew.
