The house was available earlier than anticipated which was super helpful as a few of us flew in early. The house was exactly as pictured and was perfect for a small group. Any questions we had were responded to right away and it was an overall easy process to check in and out. We would stay here again!

Great home to get away for a nice relaxing vacation. We had a problem and the owner jumped right on it to make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction.

This property was close to our son’s house. It worked perfect for our family. The host was great communicating with us. Check in and check out were seamless. We loved the pool and outdoor sitting area. The only thing we didn’t understand before booking was there is no main bedroom with an en suite. We made it work though.

Staying at this place was ah-mazing! Very clean beautiful home with spacious rooms, great pool, and spacious backyard. This was one of the best travel stay and experience my family and I enjoyed. Flawless email and text communication with host. From the beginning until the end of our stay we had nothing negative to say about this home. Definitely will recommend this place and will book again!

The house is a great size and laid out well . I have relatives in the area and the house was great for entertaining, between the awesome outdoor sitting area and the open floor plan. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us plenty of room for everybody. We would definitely return.
4.0 / 10.0
Pros: the place looks nice and they didn't skimp on materials for the upgrade of the home. The pool is the best part of the house. Kitchen is nice and outdoor gazebo is too. Every room has a TV.
Cons: The WIFI did not work and could not get in contact with the number provided for assistance. This made the smart TV's all over the house useless. Bathroom showers heads make nonsense. The rain shower head in the very small bathroom sprays water everywhere getting the floors wet before you can even step in the shower. The head in the main bathroom actually stings you when on and its hard to control the flow of hot water. The converted garage bedroom is a good size but the air conditioning hardly gets to it making it hard to sleep in that heat. The best bedroom setup is actually the kids room which should be the main bedroom. I took pictures but cant post them on here but i had sweep up a bunch of dead insects in and around the kitchen. We also had towels with what looks to be poop stains on them.
Last thing I want to mention is that due to the impending Hurricane, my family and I decided to leave Tampa and head to Orlando to ride out the storm. I was not going to wait for the evacuation notice to come through to keep my family safe. When I asked if there was any way of getting a refund for at least a couple of days, the manager said no because the house was not in the mandatory evacuation area.

On arrival, the water wasn't working. So I called the company the lady came out and said they had some storms so she was going to ask the neighbors. Come to find out water bill was unpaid. They did not clean the pool the lady confirmed that. The beds sheets were not changed blonde hair found in the bedding and I assure you that was not my hair. Outside the tv and fan don t work. The lady who came during check out confirmed it hasnt worked in a while. So the owners are aware and they still renting it out knowing it is not working. The ice machine doesnt work. Most houses have pool stuff , good thing I brought my own. What made me laugh they had a women come in even before check out to inspect the property. Please allow the family to pack before you inspect. How Awkward. The funny thing is I called all weekend to try to get them to fix it and they never came but could come to inspect the home at the end
