This $300 deposit is fully refundable, and will be held by Host, and refunded after Guests check out (If no House Violation was broken). Guests can send this deposit via an Airbnb Money request.
Keyless entry with padlock. The code will be provided the day of arrival. For security purposes we change the code after every check-out.

Miami has tropical weather. Therefore, mosquitoes are endemic and part of the environment all year around. Mosquitos love hotels just as much as they love private homes. We provide sprays, repellents, and citronella sticks... but we can't guarantee a mosquito-free stay. If you are sensitive or allergic, please bring appropriate apparel and medication.
