This was a very cheap room, but definitely NOT exceptional. (This Lily person must be friends with the owner or something to rate it a 10.) Unlike for other guests, the bed was made and the linens seemed clean enough. The floor was also clean. It does look like the flat was renovated recently as the fittings seem recent. There was a mini fridge, which was handy. There was also toaster, kettle, microwave, 2-burner HOB, sink, dishes and cutlery, but I didn't cook in the flat, so I don't know if any of it worked.
There were no table & chairs (as shown in the picture). There was no rubbish bin that I could find, so I ended up leaving my rubbish in a small pile on the floor. There were washed dishes, but no dish rack, nor tea towels. I was surprised to see that the key lock was set to the passcode, so anyone could've entered the room. (After I arrived, I took the key inside.) As others have mentioned, there was a punched hole in the bathroom door and also in the wall. The street entrance is unlocked and right next to a shisha lounge, so not really the best neighbourhood. At midnight there were random fireworks, which came from very close to the building (it wasn't New Year's Eve, Lunar New Year, Guy Fawke's Night, nor Diwali). At that point, I discovered that the window was open, so I closed it. By morning, the entire flat smelled of mold (coming from the bathroom), so I guess that's why the window was open. There is a sad, bare lightbulb in the ceiling. Also, the wifi didn't work, but I was able to get a good phone signal, so I didn't try very hard.
