On entering the villa, there is an extremely spacious lounge and dining area with large patio doors leading out to the terrace and BBQ which overlooks the pool and gardens. There is also a fitted kitchen and a hall way leading to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom including a large Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and twin basins. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with a small patio, which share a bathroom.
There are stairs leading to a large double bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom and a door out to an enormous roof terrace which has fabulous views over the town and the sea. On the downstairs level, there is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and twin basins. There is a second lounge area which is extremely spacious and has patio doors out to the pool and gardens. This area also offers a further bathroom and pool table in a games room with drinks fridge and eating area.
All bathrooms have recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard and offer clients under floor heating. There is also air conditioning in the two lounges and the bedrooms.
Overall, this villa has been furnished to an extremely high standard and offers clients flexible living space. The villa is in a fabulous location and is extremely spacious both inside and out with well maintained mature gardens and a large pool. The villa is fully secured with electric gates and is fenced so children can play in the garden, there is also a car port with space for two cars. For large groups, you would struggle to find a better villa.
