Friday night and Saturday night may not be split up. We have starter supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. The home will have general cleaning supplies and garbage bags. There maybe salt, pepper, and other condiments. If you have favorite spices or condiments; you should bring them just in case. There is a motion detector camera on driveway. We cannot guarantee firewood. Placer County TOT #730983-9518. All Covid protocols are enhanced as they always have been. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced and no more than 3 cars without permission. Thanks!!
The easy rules and instructions are on in the white binder and the house. Due to health and safety issues, we do not allow houses to go over the indicated maximum occupancy of 6 adults without prior authorization. No pets or smoking. Must state legally...Any violation of this will lead to loss of deposit and loss of rental monies as we will have to ask you to leave immediately. Placer County has strict rules regarding over occupancy of short term rental homes as well as large fines. There is a $1000 fine per over occupant if this occurs. We do not split up Friday and Saturday nights when staying less than a week. We ask you to follow all the easy rules in a white binder. A motion camera on driveway/sideyard for safety as we live in bear country. Do not leave food in cars. We do not allow more than 3 cars without prior authorization. Please help the environment and traffic so everyone can enjoy this beautiful area for years to come. Please do not leave garbage in garage! Bears have broken into garages with garbage in them and you will be liable if that occurs. Please use the large metal bear-proof garbage box at the end of driveway (instructions in white binder) If you have create excess garbage that does not fit, you must take home or occur $200 fee. We are happy to give late check-outs and early check-ins when possible. Just ask! During peak times that is usually impossible, but again we love to accommodate when possible! Our house cleaning company charges $50 per half hour for late checkouts that are not pre-approved. As you start planning your trip, we ask that you purchase trip insurance. Traveling to the Sierra mountains at any time of year has inherent risks and uncertainty, such as Covid, snow, air quality, fires, road conditions or personal health, or some other reason. As such, we expect our guests to mitigate these risks by purchasing trip insurance (in particular, "cancel for any reason" insurance). Depending on the platform, you may have to pay a 4 percent cancellation fee that the credit card processor does not refund for any cancellations.Please sign electronic contract that will be emailed later that states the above.
