Overall we had a very positive experience staying here. The host was kind and responsive and it seems like the issues the previous guest had has been addressed completely. Super comfortable beds, great pillow selection, well appointed kitchen (new pots/pans, no cracked tiles, new solid wood dining table w/ new chairs, no issues with mice), tons of towels and body wash/shampoo/conditioner all provided. While the price is a bit more than a hotel, this place comfortably sleeps a large group of 8 no problem, and you can forget about that if you're looking at hotels! We will def. stay here again!

There are good and bad things.
Communication with host was superb.
Mattresses are good.
Spacious for spreading out.
However.
The host asks for no shoes inside but the ceramic tile is FREEZING cold and has many, many cracks (with loose pieces), so it’s not a logical request.
They don’t want food in livingroom but for a space that sleeps 8, there’s only a small kitchen table. Another illogical request.
Mattresses may be good but pillows are terrible. Literally hard as brick and about 12” thick.
Breakers tripped constantly. Loose outlets throughout.
Mouse living in there too because holes and cracks in floor.
No extra hand towels or bath towels. No wash cloths or extra kitchen towels.
Kitchen has very, very scratched and outdated pots and pans and there should always be necessities in pantry. Foil, salt, oil, etc.
3 of the space heaters didn’t work initially but the host quickly got us new ones.
Kitchen faucet is loose and takes about 15 minutes, no kidding, to get hot water. Dishwasher is loose under cabinet, moves around.
Pictures show layout of space but the furniture is not what’s in pic for sure.
