SUMMARY
Welcome to your very own bright & spacious vacation beach house (no shared walls!) located just 5 blocks to a white sandy surf/swim beach in Pacific Beach! This fully remodeled & convenient single level coastal retreat features 3bd + Loft + Casita + 3.5ba & indoor/outdoor living at its finest with a front yard + expansive fully fenced rear yard with a bar, fire pit, bbq, multiple seating areas, shower, & hot tub! Other highlights: w/d, 2 parking spaces, beach gear, central AC, 2 dogs ok. Maximum occupancy 15 (8 adults max).
INTERIOR
A fully gated front yard with lush landscaping will lead you to your main front door entry. Once inside you'll be greeted by a bright & spacious open floorplan main living area. The living room includes an oversized sofa, smart tv, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, & beautiful folding accordion patio doors leading to your very own outdoor backyard oasis (see EXTERIOR below). Adjacent is a dining nook & a fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with modern quartz counters, new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, bbq & patio access, & a pass-through-window to the outdoor bar…the perfect spot for enjoying your favorite beverage.
The East wing of the home houses 2 bedrooms including your private, oversized master retreat - complete with a King bed, ensuite bath, & backyard access with a doggy door. The West wing features a bedroom ideal for kids that includes bunk bed & separate ladder leading to a fun loft space with additional sleeping arrangements. An entertainer's delight, the fully enclosed backyard is the perfect gathering spot to enjoy morning coffee at the bar, daytime fun in the hot tub, afternoon picnic at the patio dining table, or evening stories with a glass of wine around the fire pit!
The outdoor deck includes an oversized stainless steel bbq conveniently located near the kitchen, a seating area, & bar with a pass-through window to the kitchen. A small set of stairs lead to a grass area with your very own hot tub & adjacent seating area around a fire pit. Further down the backyard is a dining table with outdoor lighting as well as access to the Casita with its own entry door & roll up door.

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 5 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.

A quick walk to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy
Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings
Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

We stayed at this property in July 2023 and we were super impressed which is why we decided to come back in July 2024. When we stayed in 2023 we thought it was a great property but this time in 2024 we felt that it was even better. You could tell there was some fine tuning done to the property. We had two kids stay in the attic area, two adults in each of the rooms in the home and two young adults in the garage room and there was still space for more!! We brought our small dog this time and we loved how secure everything was for her. The details down to the towels and toilet paper were all taken care of! It’s less than a mile walk to the pier and many restaurants. Everything we needed and more. Pacific Beach is one of our favorite places. We plan to be back!

This house is perfect for a quiet getaway with family!! The jacuzzi, fire pit, and open floor plan was so nice and a quick walk to the beach was super easy to do. Would come back and highly recommend!

This house is awesome! It was extremely clean upon our arrival. It also had every amenity with lots of great outdoor space. The Surf Style Team did a great job meeting our every need during our stay. If you're looking for a place in Pacific Beach - pick this one! 5 Stars!
