Ambience was very good. And property incharge Balaji was very helpful during our stay for 4 days.

Very pleasant caretaker and smooth check-in process. The property was clean and as shown in the images. Pricing is very fair but you need a vehicle to move around comfortably. There is only one 3 bed apartment per floor making it very safe and secure. I'm planning to stay again at this place soon. For a bigger group it is way better than staying at a hotel as you can meet in the living room for some chit chat rather than having to go into someone's room or to the common lobby.

Parking is a bit tricky when there are more than two cars especially if you want to check out at odd hours. Some cars may be parked one behind the other. There are many stray dogs and although they are quiet not aggressive I would go out at night only in a vehicle.

I loved every aspect of my stay at this homestay. Previously, I stayed only at hotels and I feel I made the best decision of switching to homestays from this trip as it was economical, and the house was also luxurious and large. Every piece of equipment provided in the homestay worked perfectly well. My in-laws and my wife loved the comfort of home here. The bonus point was it's just 5 mins walking distance from the PS4 restaurant. Swiggy was also available. Milk was delivered daily in the morning and sugar, bottled/filtered water were also provided. Overall, it pretty much felt like we were staying at our own home. Special Appreciation for Giri who is the caretaker of this property. Every request was promptly attended to. We arrived very late in the night and he had ordered food and beverages in advance on request. He also put me in touch with the travel desk person who was extremely economical, respectful, knowledgeable and arranged for a clean vehicle for our darshan and sightseeing. Well done both, and keep it up!
