Amenities Include: a Private Swimming Pool, a stackable Washer/Dryer, Fire Place (Year-Round), Open and Decks with Furniture, Observation Decks, Picnic Tables, Ceiling Fans, Hair Dryers, Iron/Ironing Board, HEPA Air Filter, Water Treatment System, Outdoor Shower (hot), 6 TVs with Basic Cable, Roku, Wet Bar, Private Beach Walkway, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Standard Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender and a Charcoal Grill. Note - garage is not available.

No Smoking.
DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.
The pool can be heated for an additional $625 per week (will only heat mid-April thru mid-October). We cannot guarantee the gas pool heater will work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.
Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
