(You will receive a Guest Pass to show each time you pass through the Security Gate.) One of your favorite spaces may become the large Screened-In Balcony overlooking the Golf Course. Positioned on the upper floor, you will have both a treetop view of a natural wooded area graced with our native Long Leaf Pines & a view of the 2nd Tee Box & Fairway of Members Club Golf Course.

There is an interior adjoining door into the main villa that locks from both sides for Privacy & also a Separate Entrance outside. This is the Perfect Solution for 2 Families vacationing together. With the Kitchen/Dining/Living Area Open Concept, everyone gets to be together while enjoying their own activities. The Living Area gets Natural Light from the Sliding Glass Door to the Balcony. Guests do not have access to the St James Golf Club and courses. The nearby Oak Island Golf Club is open to the public as is the Carolina National Golf Club off of Hwy 211.
