The main living area is appointed with abundant seating, a dining table and chairs that seat 6, and the well-appointed chef's kitchen with gas range, Sub-zero refrigerator and oversized center Island that seats 4. With its desirable corner location, you'll appreciate both the privacy and the views of the twisting Moreland lagoon system from every floor.
The Moreland House includes a 3-stop elevator for convenient access to every level. On the second level you'll find the breathtaking owner's suite, with KING bed, shiplap ceilings highlighted by rustic beams, an oversized master bathroom with comfortable soaking tub plus separate step-in shower, and a private, water view screen porch, perfect for birdwatching and basking in the sunrise, with a warm cup of Southern Pecan coffee in hand. Two additional guest rooms are on the second level, both appointed with QUEEN beds, and both with ensuite full bathrooms, each professionally designed and decorated with an air of sophistication for a truly luxurious experience. Up the elevator to the third floor, you will find a gorgeous third-story private living space, featuring a loft area with trundle that can sleep 2 additional children, plus a second primary bedroom with KING bed and ensuite bath. This is the ideal spot to enjoy some alone time, whether it's curling up with a good book in the comfortable sitting area, or a movie night with the kids, this is where you'll want to end your days.
From the steps of this beautiful 3-story townhome, you're just a short stroll away from the wonderful amenities Moreland has to offer.
