Whitley Farm is a detached farmhouse housing a kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room and conservatory. Appliances include an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size, double, twin and a single, served by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is lawned garden and ample off-road parking. Within 9 miles there is a shop and within 1.3 miles there is a pub, and please note, there is no smoking. Four well behaved pets welcome, with a supplement of £20 per pet per holiday. Fuel bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to Whitley Farm for a charming stay in Devon. This property has a good housekeeping bond of five hundred pounds.Please note: Week long bookings accepted from Friday to Friday only. Town: The attractive market town of South Molton is known as The Gateway to Exmoor and is ideally placed in North Devon, boasting a range of shops, amenities and a twice weekly market. Being pleasantly situated not far from both coastal and inland beauty spots it will suit visitors of all tastes. In close proximity are forests, moors, rivers and coast, with churches and other buildings of historical significance. Residents find the quiet charm of the area attractive and visitors soon experience the sense of civic pride held by the locals. There is superb walking on the South West Coast Path and the North Devon beaches are varied and interesting. Visit the National Trust's Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks and the funicular cliff railway. Up on Exmoor, there are various walks to suit all abilities, as well as highlights such as Tarr Steps, Landacre Bridge and the village of Withypool. Further afield, the resorts of Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are well worth a visit, and for some of the best beaches in the country, visit Woolacombe and Saunton and Croyde.
