The hotel is really close to the center and it’s quiet we don’t hear anything once in the room.
All was good for us
10.0
The location: close to everything but not in the noisy centre of Chania.
Fresh oranges every day.
The host: super friendly and Dimitra sent us a whole list of restaurants
Very clean
The terrace to chill at night with a fresh orange juice.
Not important but more storage room would be nice

The location is perfect. Right in the old town and easy to get everywhere in the city. The room was very clean and tidy.
Loved the free oranges in the room as well as the raki. Really good water pressure in the shower. Everything was perfect. Didn’t find it too noisy at night but wasn’t there on a weekend when I imagine it would be a bit noisier from the bar across the street.
Nothing. Really enjoyed it.

Everything! So cute, clean, right in the center (I have to say we weren’t bothered by the noise, like other comments say). The place is owned by a family and they are so attentive. They left oranges from their garden every morning, we made the best orange juice I probably tried in my life.
Everything was so good and we felt so comfortable there. I definitely recommend it if you are going to stay in Chania :)
To say something, I would just recommend to put a little curtains on the kitchen. The sun is so strong in the morning and sometimes even the AC is hot.

This a nice place to stay in the heart of chania with a very short walk to the harbour. The room was spacious. The bed was a little on the slop so we slept on the opposite end to fix this.

Nice traditional building
Close to the port and nightlife
Bad design Air condition is in your face
Lack of noise isolation- there are a lot of bars around and is too noisy - they give you earplugs
To many stairs - think about your luggage
No parking close

Eveything was super nice.

- interesting decor & historical setting
- Welcome gift (big bottle of raki & oranges)
- very soft & comfy blanket
- not 10/10 clean but due to the specificity of the building it cannot be spotlessly clean
- difficult to park if you come with a car
- would be interesting if the host can add some introduction on the history of this building

very interesting old building in a very good location of chania old town
at the weekend the bar downstairs plays very loud music until the small hours. the host kindly provides ear plugs but the music is so loud they dont help. The bass is the vibrating sort..... I stayed on Friday and Saturday and the issue was only on the Saturday evening. I imagine there is no such issue on week nights.

Location to harbour area and historic castle wall. A sunny private terraced area. A clean and nicely presented accommodation

Really nice place in Chania city center. Amazing house next to ruins. Check-in was smooth, I was provided with a code for accessing the keys and also the owner welcomed and showed around the room. Room also had a fully equipped kitchen, fridge and freezer. Even though the accommodation was in the center, the room wasn’t affected by the street noise, cause it has double windows, which also provided complete darkness in the room for good sleep. And if it’s not enough, also earplugs for sleep were provided. I loved the warm, puffy blankets. As well as the owner greeted with a national welcome drink and local oranges. Really nice neighborhood, close to the Old Venetian port.
It was hard to find free parking spot next to the accommodation but it is normal for old town centers. Gives you opportunity to walk and see the city.

Fresh Oranges for juice everyday.
The loud bar with base shaking the whole building.

The rooms are beautiful and furnished to a high standard. Everything worked and the building is connected to the ancient town wall and is very picturesque.
There is a very noisy bar at the bottom of the building. We had to force our way through a large crowd of young men who were smoking outside the bar and obstructing our way to get to the key boxes. I really don't like not having any sort of reception when I arrive at accommodation and I didn't feel safe having to get through a group of smokers every time we went in or out. There was a lot of noise coming from the bar and people outside and even with the windows closed and earplugs in, I was still unable to sleep due to the noise. I contacted the manager and told him we were leaving after one night as we couldn't stay with the noise and crowds.

The views were spectacular with us being near and part of the ottoman 17th century Wall, the fresh oranges and water what the owner gave us . Last but not least the location is ideal to be , its perfect you are very near to the port and other markets etc.
I have nothing to say tbh

well situated
our glasses, dishes etc were washed for us but there had been no indication that this would be so. A note to this effect would have been helpful.

excellent location
The bed was not comfortable

The apartment features a very interesting design and an enormous terrace with big plants. There is an easy self check in procedure, so late arrivals are not a problem. The location is perfect - in the historic centre, with restaurants, cafes and bars, less than 5 minutes walking distance.
The room was on the second floor - there were a lot of stairs.

Due to the noise from outside i can't sleep at all... and the stairway to the room was very old with lot of noise.
Inside room is OK, but they don;t even prepare hotpot to boil water..
during my expirence in Chania for 3 years.. i am sorry, this hotel was very poor to me..

I liked the fact that it is right at the center - just two minutes walk to the port where all the restaurants are. The host Mr Petros and Mr Nikos were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean with a very nice balcony with a view to the street . Loved our stay and definitely coming back.
No complaints. Great value for money.
