The Space:

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms are located off bedrooms with showers. 3rd bathroom has bedroom and hallway access that is a tub/shower combo.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, countertop ice maker, toaster, and coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV with free wifi and availability to popular streaming apps. Ceiling fans and board games.

Outdoor Living: Spacious balcony with comfortable sitting areas. There are two fire pits in the courtyard for some evening relaxation around the fire. A zero-entry pool with furniture is also steps away from the condo. Convenience of a 12'x32' private boat slip.


General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels.

Best place for kids and adults to enjoy pool time and food is at Dog Days.
