RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO OTTIMA CON ALCUNI ASPETTI MIGLIORABILI

Non abbiamo potuto apprezzare la colazione in quanto la struttura non prevedeva tale servizio. La posizione abbastanza centrale è ottimale ma scomoda per i parcheggi soprattutto nel carico/scarico dei bagagli/effetti personali. Ho potuto apprezzare il materasso, i cuscini e le lenzuola. Il bagno molto moderno

Consiglio alla struttura di fare delle convenzioni con i parcheggi vicini, Lo scarico del lavandino non funzionava bene. Vanno installati nel bagno degli ulteriori appendini per accappatoi, asciugamani, saponi, shampoo, carta igienica.

Valida sistemazione per una notte a Foligno

La camera ha soddisfatto le aspettative e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Proprietario gentile e posizione ok. Molto apprezzabili il fresco "naturale" che offre anche d'estate, senza aria condizionata, e l'isolamento sonoro degli infissi.

Niente da segnalare.

Posto in un bellissimo palazzo, al centro città a pochi metri da un comodissimo parcheggio. Letto molto comodo,stanza raccolta e perfettamente riscaldata, pulita e silenziosa ( anche perché credo eravamo gli unici in struttura ), facilissimo il check in telefonico.

Piacevole per una notte. Ristoranti, bar, e città meravigliosa.

Camera accogliente e ben pulita. Bellissimo soffitto e temperatura interna molto gradevole

All’arrivo la porta non si apriva con la chiave. Abbiamo dovuto forzare molto. La chiave era nella cassettina (con combinazione)ma aperta. Il termostato segnava 10 gradi. Bagno bello e confortevole ma mancava uno dei vetri della doccia e il sapone per il corpo era quasi terminato. La porta della stanza che affaccia sulla piazzetta fa molto ex negozio. Però dall’interno non si nota se si chiude la tenda.

Camera molto spaziosa, televisore grande, probabilmente il più grande che ho trovato tra tutte le mie esperienze. Gestore sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza, camere pulite, ottima posizione in centro.

Really nice

Wow. There are no better words to explain how I loved this place. For someone that has been on the road since 1st September 2022, this place is unbelievable. Ok, I booked one of the biggest room, it was no just bi, it was really nice. You can find a similar place at the top end of the marked in NYC, London, Singapore ....

Maybe my fault. I did not get the WIFI; I understood that the WIFI was open but could not find it a connection. As the property is on the top floor and walked up / down the stairs; I am not sure if the lift was working or not. Maybe future guests can find out before booking this place.

EXPECT NOTHING - AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

The location is quite good - but everywhere in Foligno is walking distance. We had a late arrival (by one day) which took some coordination with the hotel who did not respond promptly to messages. Just to be clear - this is NOT a hotel. This is NOT a pensione or guesthouse - there are no facilities, no services, - just the room and NO heating.

Once they give you the key and show you the room you're on your own. Don't expect anything from anyone - in fact we didnt see anyone else during our stay. most importantly, there is no air conditioning or heating in the room which left us freezing cold, unable to sleep and with wafer thin bed throws which were meant to be blankets. All a bit "third world" for my liking.

- the elevator didn’t work. - in the bathroom the shower has some muddy corners. - in the bathroom cabinet I found dust and hairs. - the stairs are dangerous, I fell two times and I hurt my elbow

just what I needed

Very comfortably sized bedroom, nice and quiet, great bed and bathroom - excellent shower

Could have been more information at the property - on wifi code, things to do locally etc

Perfect location

The lady at the reception was very gentle and helpful. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. The structure is located inside the downtown walls but away from the crowd

When I pressed “pay at the structure” after 10 seconds I received a message from the hotel to authorize the money transaction which I refused. Payment at the structure it means pay at the structure, simple as it is.

I was surprised at first. The property didn’t really look like the photos. I was expecting something with period furnishings but in fact this was really modern. The room has been finished to a really high quality and specification. It’s rare to see such a quality finish for a holiday property. I was impressed. The air conditioning is really a centralised temperate control system managed by the owner. It was great in the sense it was noisefree ! Great location and spacious room. Good value
