Beautiful home from home studio apartment located in the picturesque town of Arbroath, just a moments’ walk from an eclectic mix of pubs, eateries and shops. Located under 1 mile from the train station.. All on the First Floor:

Bedroom area: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. On road parking. No smoking. . This studio apartment is perfect for a getaway for a couple. Arbroath is a former royal burgh and the largest town in the council area of Angus, Scotland, with a population of 23,902. It lies on the North Sea coast some 16 miles east-northeast of Dundee and 45 miles south-southwest of Aberdeen. An ideal spot to enjoy and explore the surroundings, Arbroath will provide a superb holiday stay. Stroll along the sandy beaches as the taste of salty sea fills the aroma before dining at one of the first-class restaurants, including one which serves a delicious fresh seafood menu.
There is plenty to do in the area. Follow the Arbroath heritage trail that will take you on a journey through the historical delights of Arbroath’s significant past or follow the Arbroath Smokie Trail to five key destinations and find out more about the history of the famous smokie. Inchcape Marine Services offer fishing trips off Arbroath and sightseeing trips to the cliffs, Lunan Bay and Bellrock as well as longer trips up the Tay to Perth. Arbirlot is a small village, approximately 2 miles west of Arbroath, and is home to a spectacular 23-foot waterfall. The waterfall comes from the Elliot Water, a minor river around 7½ miles long which flows through Arbirlot before reaching the North Sea at Elliot, Arbroath.

If you pay for parking, please inform owner and your parking charges will be refunded. Please retain receipt.2. Rooms are adjoining one another with an interconnecting door (always locked). Sound proofing is poor due to it being a 250 + year old property. Adjustments have been made to improve the soundproofing between adjoining rooms with varying success.
