Light-filled, designer-decorated, and perfect for families or groups looking to maximize the Buena Vista experience. Walk two blocks to Main Street or the Arkansas River, or stay in and enjoy the sunny porches and cozy spaces in this gorgeous home. STR-257.
The space
This is the perfect beautiful home to enjoy with friends and family: a charming two-story house with four bedrooms (3 with queen beds and 1 large room with two bunk beds and two twin beds). There are three full baths (two have luxurious clawfoot tubs and showers and the other has a shower only, no tub). Retreat after adventuring to one of three living spaces: one media room that can be closed off with french doors, one formal living room with giant windows and french doors, and one cozy sitting room off the kitchen with a gas-powered wood stove to keep you warm in the winter months. The home has two dining spaces indoors: a breakfast nook off the kitchen and a formal dining room. There is also plenty of room for dining and lounging on the two massive south-facing porches on the front and back of the house. The kitchen has been recently updated and makes hosting easy and fun. There are two refrigerators and a washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. Enjoy the landscaped yard with beautiful trees and plants. This is a great space for kids as there are multiple amazing parks within walking distance. The sleeping area where the twin beds are is out of sight from the other bedrooms. The bunkbeds are IKEA and best for children or very small adults.
Guest access
Nearly all the property is yours. There is a separate guest apartment on the property (The Isabella Lofthouse) that can't access the patios or yard but may be rented separately. The parking area is the only shared space. The apartment shares no walls with the main house.
Other things to note:
If even more space is needed, The Isabella House may be rented in tandem with The Isabella Lofthouse which can sleep two more people. This adorable lofted apartment property shares no walls nor do the guests have access to the front or back yards/porches. The only shared space is the parking area.
