Remarkably close to all the conveniences and dining. Very quiet at night and inside the comfortable and well-appointed house, but during the day you can hear some Oracle road traffic, though it’s about 3/4 of a mile as the crow flies and invisible behind the nice local terrain. It’s a great trade off if you want so many things at your fingertips.
The neighbors were all quiet, but the one on the patio side of the house is closer and more visible when you are sitting there. I wished for a garage remote control that I could have taken in my car, and a table of some kind on the patio.
The owner was super easy and cordial to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a good compromise between convenience and quiet/privacy.

This house was clean, large and in a great location. It’s equipped for large families with plenty of plates and silverware. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee bar, ziploc bags and feminine supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed 4 nights here and loved it. The house has everything you need plus lots of little extras that were quite nice. The location is nice and quiet with lots of things to do and places to eat very close by. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Next time we are in Tucson, we will try to stay here again.

The views of the mountains are spectacular from the home. It is located in a very relaxing and quiet neighborhood, but it is also near everything! The home is spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
