Enter our luxury beach front condo and be awestruck with the beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and white sugary sand beaches below.
Our spacious living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas one being queen sleepers. There is a large flatscreen hd tv and dvd player. The living room has sliding glass doors that open onto our beachfront balcony.
The dining room has seating for 6 with a breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. The large fully stocked kitchen has new stainless appliances and granite countertops.
The master bedroom which also has sliding glass doors that open onto our balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico has a comfortable king size bed. Large dresser and large flatscreen hd tv with dvd player. We have a walk in closet and private bath
The 1st guest bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed and large flatscreen hd tv and dvd.
The 2nd guest bedroom has two sets of bunks with full twin size mattresses. This room sleeps an additional 4 people. This room also has a large flatscreen hd tv and dvd.
The balcony has a table with seating for 4 to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning or your first cocktail of the evening after a wonderful fun filled day at the beach.
There is also a lounge chair on the balcony for further relaxation.
We have a laundry room inside our luxury condo with a full size washer and dryer.
The complex has a large outdoor pool, indoor pool, hottub, fitness room, sauna, meeting room, racquetball court, grills, and high speed wifi.
parking passes must be purchased by guest upon arrival.
Everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation is at your fingertips. You will hate to leave and want to return again and again.

Although this was our first time to stay at Phoenix X, our cousins often book here so we did the same. It was nice to have our own condo, but be able to come together at the beach, pool and outdoor grilling areas. The spacious living room, large kitchen table and patio table in 810 were perfect for when it was our night to host dinner. Thank you for providing a clean condo with a nice view.

The condo was everything we expected. Plenty of room for 4 adults (two couples) and 3 children (11,9,5). The views cant be beat. You can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. Right in the middle of the anything you would want or need: restaurants, night life, grocery stores, shops. We had an incredible time and would stay in the same place again.

Great location, condo was nice. A few minor maintenance items, but nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. Management was VERY responsive! Condo was roomy and we enjoyed our stay. I will note that parking not included in pricing so make sure to be aware of that as we were not. I think listing may have been updated to disclose this now.

This was a great family vacation. This condo is right on the beach, has pool, hot tub, sauna and outdoor grills. Our group enjoyed all of of. But definitely the beach was beautiful and clean and the beach service available there was great. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend

We had a great family vacation with our adult children and 15 month old granddaughter. The location of the property is perfect for our adult children to frequent the famous Florabama and a beautiful beach that we all enjoyed. The phoenix X has lots of amenities including two pools and a nice grilling area. Our unit was nice but just needs a few updates/repairs which we communicated to the owner. The owner was very prompt about returning messages and answering questions throughout our stay. We love Orange Beach and will definitely return.

The property was clean. The location was great. There is onsite staff, a great (and warm!) indoor recreation pool with three hot tubs. Lots to do with the little ones! Great place for a family vacation.

We had an amazing week! The master bed was obviously comfortable because we slept wonderfully all week. The view from the balcony was perfect and we loved being right by Florabama! There was an issue with the dryer, which was very quickly resolved. We appreciated the communication and that being taken care of promptly.

We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The unit was clean and the property manager was great with all communication via phone, text, and email. We highly recommend staying here if you love country music as it is literally only separated by the parking garage from Florabama Bar. We would spend our day on the beach (you have direct beach access through the Phoenix X building which was super convenient) and then walk over to the bar for live country music almost nightly. You also have access to the bar directly from our beach area as well, which was perfect for an afternoon snack or Bushwacker while you enjoy your fun in the sun! You can even order take out/delivery from the family of Florabama restaurants straight to your unit. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas but we brought our own. Beach was not crowded when we were there mid-August. The unit overall was nice but had pretty slow internet at times. (There is a number you can call to try and fix it which we didn't do so this may be our fault.) Unit also has a pull-out couch bed that a couple extra people can sleep on if needed. Check in was super easy and you can purchase an extra parking space if someone joins you later in your stay. Overall we give it 9 out of 10 Bushwackers 🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤🥤!

The pool was great! It was big and not crowded. The condo was nice, some wear and tear, ripped screen on the screened in door, broken bar chair. Pam was attentive to the things we needed repaired right away.
