Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated outdoor oasis including a private pool with splash deck, hot tub, indoor/outdoor wet bar with seating for 4 (indoor wet bar with sliding windows that open to exterior seating), an outside dining area, plenty of loungers around the pool, outdoor ping pong and artificial grass with cornhole boards. Inside you'll find an elevator to all levels, Den with flat-screen TV, seating and wet bar with sink, beverage cooler, ice maker and sliding windows that open to pool area (with 4 exterior bar stools) and a door to pool area. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bath and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with flat screen TV.
Mid Level: 4 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, private bathrooms and deck access (The 2 oceanfront King Masters also include a seating area and dual vanities in the master baths). Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Open living space with ocean views! Great room with flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with 6-burner stove, pantry, counter seating for 4 and additional nook with benched seating. Dining room seating 10 and a half bath. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathrooms (one with dual vanity).
Extras: Private Pool (35 x 15, heated for $500 per week), Hot Tub, ELEVATOR, 10 TVs, universal electric car charger, path to community beach access from home, Sonos speakers throughout house and pool deck, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grill, outdoor ping pong table, wet bar, artificial grass area with cornhole boards, handicap friendly features, high chair, pack-n-play, linens and towels provided and Community tennis. NO ATV, UTV or LTVs allowed on the property.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
