OK Beach Stays is a cosy beach house for all seasons - a place to play, relax & recharge.
This property is complete with a 2x split ac/heat the house works for couples or families with children that love the beach, nature and getting away from it all.
With big decks on the front and side of the house offers outside table & chairs and comfortable lounge to relax.
The house comprises;
Open plan living – comfortable lounge with 65” Smart TV, Blue ray player and DVD’s, Dining Table to seat 8
The kitchen with breakfast bar is well stocked with all the equipment you need, including Dishwasher, Microwave, Aldi coffee machine, sharp knives, stainless-steel pots and pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, sandwich toaster and BBQ outside.

Bed 1 - Queen bed, built in robes and TV

Tarwin Lower has a well-equipped IGA Supermarket and Cafe, Riverview Pub, Art Gallery, Mitre 10 and Petrol Station is a 5-minute drive.

A quiet seaside village and only 2 hours (150kms) drive from Melbourne through the beautiful Gippsland countryside. It is halfway between Philip Island (45 minutes away) and Wilson's Promontory (45 minutes away) two of Victoria's most popular tourist destinations.
The village is famous for its surf lifesaving club and expanse of beach which stretches for about 30 kms from Cape Liptrap to Point Smythe. As it has a western facing horizon it produces striking sunsets over the ocean. The area is popular for surfing, fishing, walking and cycling and is full of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, echidnas, microbats and a variety of birdlife.
