The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space, but everything else was pretty worn out. The floor had a lot of damage that looked like it may have been water damage, couch looked like it had been clawed up by a cat. The people upstairs were super loud and the neighborhood was a little less than nice. It worked okay for what we needed (passing through on our way home after a long roadtrip) but would certainly not be a destination.

The overall experience was so bad, we booked a hotel room and left. The fridge was dirty, dining chair was broken, coffee grounds left in coffee pot, bathroom smelled and the toilet seat was broken. Additionally shower curtain was ripped. Broken floor is a tripping hazard. Upstairs noise is extremely loud.

This was such a beautiful and quaint lodging. The love and detail that went into the planning and organization of the space didn’t go unnoticed. My family are I were comfortable and safe while staying— thank you! We will absolutely be booking with you again in the future.

This place was terrific! We stayed in the basement apartment over the July 4th holiday. The place was very quiet, and very cool (the outside temp was quite hot). The amenities were superb, the bed was SO comfortable. It was as comfy as my bed at home. And, I have chronic back issues, but this bed was wonderful. It gets a bit less quiet when there folks are in the top floor apartment, but that’s what earplugs are for. :)

A really sweet spot in an unassuming neighborhood. Heads up: the pet policy is for dogs specifically due to allergies of the property owner, but they were kind enough to let us slide as we were only staying a night. Overall a really nice spot to stay—thanks y’all!
