Chase-n-Grace has a private, enclosed yard, which is a true oasis, providing a serene and secure environment for relaxation and play. There is a 14x30 saltwater pool, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days or enjoying a refreshing swim with family and friends. Inside the home, the fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and plenty counter space. Whether you're preparing a casual beachside picnic or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need to create delicious meals. Equipped with four bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the Outer Banks. Chase-n-Grace is designed for entertainment and enjoyment, as well. The property has a spacious living area and a game room with shuffleboard, providing plenty options for indoor fun and relaxation for all, even on the rainy days.
Exploring the OBX: Situated in the sought-after Southern Shores area, Chase-n-Grace offers a prime location for those seeking a tranquil retreat near the ocean. Just a short drive north on Duck Road, you can explore the Town Of Duck, and enjoy its local shops and dining options or take a stroll along it's soundfront boardwalk and maybe even see some wildlife playing in the water.
Community Amenities: Chase-n-Grace guests have access to the Southern Shores Civic Association community amenities including:
Beach access parking at Hillcrest drive
Beach access parking at triangle park (intersection of Duck Rd and Ocean blvd)
Sea Oats park, including parking by pickleball courts
Soundview park and sunset viewing platform (on N Dogwood trl)
All Marinas (North, South and Loblolly) Parking access
Tennis courts at Hillcrest
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
