IMPORTANT:
- Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the basic rate, but can be provided on request at additional cost.
- The swimming pool is closed from October to March and heated from April to October.
Opening/closing may be advanced or delayed depending on weather conditions.
The swimming pool, tennis court and communal areas remain private to the residence, i.e. to be shared with current tenants and not open to the public.
