About this apartment rental
Summary:
Apartmentos Son Bou Gardens (6) are ideal for families with children. They are also built in the classical Mediterranean style. Together with pools and surrounded by delightfully spacious lawned gardens, these popular apartments are found in the lower part of San Jaime a few metres away from the shops and the beach of Son Bou.
The Space:
The complex is divided into three spacious zones, each one containing its own pool, however, all of them are available to guests staying in other zones of the complex. There is a wide range of services and activities offered; bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children’s play area, scuba-diving centre, tennis courts, medical centre and a variety of shops.
These apartments are privately owned and therefore it’s important to mention that certain characteristics may vary from one property to another, although all have the same basic requirements. In the same way that not all the amenities on the complex are run by us, we cannot guarantee that during low season, all of these are available.
All the apartments face south and are either the ground floor with a covered terrace or the first floor with a sunny terrace. The inside is furnished in traditional style and well maintained. The lounge-dining area and kitchen are open plan and simply furnished with all basic requirements, ie. cutlery, crockery, utensils, etc. The apartment has three bedrooms; the first is a twin-bedded double room with access to a neat little back terrace and the second is smaller although again with two individual beds, the third bedroom is with a single bed (and a Z-bed if you have 6 persons). Both have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. It also has a bathroom with a bath and a shower accessory, a washbasin and a WC. At the Reception, you will find safe boxes, changing rooms with showers and storage for suitcases.
Guests wishing to use the swimming pools on the complexes may be asked to make a purchase in the adjoining snack bar (drinks or food/sunbed or parasol rental). The pool managed by the restaurant "La Góndola," located on C/Bellamirada, will be FREE access for all Menorcarentals clients.
The Neighborhood:
Son Bou, nestled on the southern coast of Menorca, is a picturesque resort town renowned for its stunning beaches and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Boasting one of the island’s longest beaches with soft golden sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters, Son Bou is a haven for sun-seekers and water enthusiasts. The resort offers a range of amenities, including beachfront cafes, restaurants serving delicious local cuisine, and shops for leisurely strolls. The surrounding nature reserve adds a touch of wild beauty, making it an ideal destination for nature lovers.
