Directly on the shores of Gingle's Point overlooking 144' of East Lake Okoboji sits "The Lakeside Lookout". One of the largest vacation homes in our portfolio sleeping 17+ guests. The location in the heart of Okoboji just across the West/East Lake bridge, walking distance to the iconic Ritz Bar and Grill, and just up the road from Arnolds Park Amusement Park and Bridges Bay Resort & Waterpark. Upon entering the home you'll be welcomed into an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your entertaining needs and seating for 16. Off the living area to the left is the primary bedroom with on-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and King bed. The primary bedroom has double patio doors with floor to ceiling glass to the lake. Down two steps off the kitchen you will find another bedroom with on-suite bath, Queen bed, and stackable washer and dryer. To the right of the living area is another sunken area leading to the remaining three bedrooms. Bedroom three offers patio doors leading to the lake with beautiful views and Queen bed. Bedroom four also offers patio doors leading to the lake along with a King bed facing the bay area and a twin bed facing the lake. Down the hall and up the stairs is a fifth large bedroom with a Queen bed and TWO twin over full bunk beds. This room sleeps 8 guests. Lakeside you'll think you're living like a millionaire on 144' of lakefront privacy providing panoramic views. The home offers a deck over the water, multiple patios, a gazebo, and expansive docking system. Lower Gar boat ramp a half mile down the road to drop in all your water toys!

All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third-party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
