About this house rental
Welcome to Carnbre, a newly renovated 19th century house, full of character and set over three levels in the peaceful seaside town of Deganwy. New to Airbnb in 2023, you'll be one of the first to stay in the home, ideal for small groups or families looking for a break by the sea.
Being just a few minutes walk from the beach and equidistant between the towns of Conwy and Llandudno, you'll be spoilt for choice with options to explore the coastal charms of North Wales.
The space
You'll enter via a private porch and grand hallway on the ground floor, before making your way up a classic victorian staircase to the first floor where you'll find the house's main living spaces.
A chandelier-lit landing dining area awaits at the top of the stairs, as well as the living room, master bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms. Continuing up the stairs to the loft, you'll find the loft room and en-suite bathroom.
There is parking for 3 cars, a decked seating area with a BBQ, and a spiral staircase connecting the kitchen to the driveway and garden.
The nearest beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, as is Deganwy train station and the village's quaint shops and restaurants.
Furthermore, the start of Snowdonia National Park is within a 15-minute drive away, there are 5 golf courses within 5 miles, and you're just a 10 minute drive in either direction to the historic town of Conwy or the seaside resort of Llandudno.
Guest access
The house has a shared driveway to the front of the property, but you'll have private use of the back drive, garden and decking area.
The house is set over three levels, including a private porch and ground floor hallway, and the entire first and second floors of the property.
Please note due to the layout of the property and its features, the house is not suitable for children 12 and under and therefore won’t be able to accept bookings for families with young children.
Other things to note
Please note, as much as we'd love the sun to set in the ocean in front of the house all year round, the house enjoys sunsets from around April to October. That said, even when the sun doesn't set in front of the house, the colours of the sky across the sea are wonderful for the whole year (weather dependent!).
Also due to the layout of the property and its features, the house is unfortunately not suitable for children 12 and under, and therefore we won’t be able to accept bookings for families with young children.
