Really enjoyed our stay. Will come again.
4.9
Wonderful house close to Zion. Only odd thing about house was there was no common bathroom but would definitely stay again.
4.9
This house was just right for our extended-family stay to visit Zion National Park. The location is convenient, with some sound from the highway noticeable at night. Having four bedrooms is great, and the bathrooms can only be accessed through a bedroom. The common areas were particularly enjoyable for visiting and playing games, including a kitchen table with room for all.
4.9
The house was charming. However there were nails sticking up in the floor going in to the upstairs bedroom with the bathroom. Extra blankets would have been appreciated. The headboard in the upstairs west bedroom was not attached to the bed and kept bumping on the wall; needs to be secured. The inside could use a paint job.
East access to town, parks, shipping and Zion. Our group had a nice time.
4.9
Host was easy to communicate with and everything was clean. Because we were two families traveling together, we enjoyed the 2 living spaces. The upstairs/loft was great for the kids to hang out while adults made dinner and visited. We did one familiy upstairs, and the other downstairs. Loved it!

Family wedding great location and accommodations

House is in a great location and the history is amazing!
4.9
I was traveling with three cousins, two of them have difficulty walking. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect. If you have anyone with mobility issues, it would be nice to know that the television set is upstairs. The house was quiet and well appointed. Very easy access.
4.9
Perfect property for exploring Zion. Short, easy and scenic drive to the park. Property has been renovated. Loved that there were 4 queen beds. Lots of space in the house. Nice cool AC. Washer and Dryer were a big plus for us and worked great. Older house but well taken care of. Owner was attentive to our needs and feedback. Would stay again!
4.9
The place was more than we expected. Everything worked perfectly. We would highly recommend.
4.9
The location was perfect to all the major parks. Owner was wonderful to work with.

We spent just one night here but it was exactly what we needed for five adults! It had everything we needed for the night

We enjoyed the cozy home we stayed at in Hurricane Utah as it was convenient to all the National & State parks we wanted to visit! Then at night after a long day we’d relax on the front porch and stargaze!! The views from the Home were incredible!! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us to each have a bedroom!!! The home was very clean! We loved it & totally enjoyed our stay! The wonders never cease to amaze you in Utah!!! ❤️

Wonderful place for our group to meet up after long travel days and head to Zion National Park. Plenty of space for 8 guests to sleep. Thanks for the stay!
4.9
The property was good. However the layout of the property was unusual. There are 4 bedrooms but you have to go through bedrooms to get to the bathrooms from 2 of the bedrooms. Not ideal for 4 adults but great location and clean.

House is very old (which is not a bad thing) but is mostly updated. We enjoyed reading the history of the house and previous owners. Had everything we needed there. The host is great and answered any questions we had before going. The Netflix is outdated and the Hulu wouldn't come on because it was so outdated but that was the only thing bad to say about our stay which really wasnt that big of a deal anyways unless youre just renting this house to sit around and watch tv. Zion National Park was close by and we highly recommend it if you stay here. House has a huge driveway and back yard to pull through or turn around if you bring atv's and/or trailers. Definitely recommend staying here.

The property is accessible to nearby tourist destinations like Bryce and Zion. The house was equipped with a basic needs for our 5-day stay. I would just like to suggest that trash bins should be labeled properly which one is for recycling and for trash. Overall, the place was nice and clean.
4.9
We loved talking out on the rocking chairs and the location was ideal for our Zion race. The house had everything we needed, thank you.
4.9
Close MTB trails. Clean, good parking!
4.9
Amazing parking for trucks and trailers, locking gates for when you want to leave you trailer and rides to go hiking. Super clean and cozy house!
4.9
They do a good job letting you know what to expect and it is a great value!
We loved being able to lock out trucks and side by sides in the large backyard!
We will probably come back again in the near future

Tim was so great to work with. He was very quick to respond and very accommodating! It was cool staying in a house with so much history. We also had plenty of space for cars and trailers. We’ll definitely be staying again.
4.9
Perfect place to stay if you are headed to Sand Hollow or Zion! House was clean and exactly as described. We didn’t have any trailers, but if you do this is the VRBO you are looking for. Tim was extremely responsive and gaining access was a breeze. Only criticisms would be the WiFi speed being slow and the hot water not lasting for more than 1 shower. Despite these 2 things we will be returning anytime we are in the area!
4.9
The house definitely has the atmosphere of its own. It was great to learn its history! It’s amazing how it all started!
We definitely loved our stay!
The house is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and most importantly hikes! We spent there just 1 night, but hope to be back soon!
Thank you!

4.9
The absolute best trailer parking of any rental house in the area.
4.9
The property was as described. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Location was good for our trips to Zion.

4.9
Great place and reasonable rate. Enjoyed the stay! Thanks

If you want to be close to town, this is the place for you. Near loads of fun. The house isn’t perfect but it had everything we needed. We are a family of 6, four teens ages 15-19. Staying in a house isn’t much more than 2 hotel rooms, so it works best for us. The kids loved having the upstairs to relax after hiking, atv’s, and sightseeing. We stayed a few days in Lehi, then a few here. It was a fabulous trip!
4.9
We enjoyed our trip , was nice to come home to a cool comfy house after long days of hiking national parks . Would definitely stay there again !
4.9
Great family house. Plenty of room. Would stay there again.

Only 30 minutes from Zion, and convenient to anything in town. Very comfortable house, stayed nice and cool even when it was 108 degrees outside. Would stay here again
