The Space:
This well-appointed unit features 1 bedroom with a luxurious California king bed, a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary adventures, a convenient full bathroom, and access to your own laundry room. Movie nights are covered with a 50" TV for your entertainment pleasure.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to our basement apartment, complete with a personalized door code for added security. Your parking convenience is ensured with a dedicated space close to the gate for one car, and additional street parking is available if needed. Rest easy knowing our home is equipped with cameras for your safety.

Other Things to Note:
The homeowners reside on the main level, maintaining a quiet environment.
The homeowners have 2 children and a small dog, but rest assured, they prioritize your peace and privacy.
In snowy weather, pathways are promptly cleared and salted, though there's no covering from the gate to the unit. Your safety and comfort are our top concerns, ensuring you have a delightful stay regardless of the weather.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
