Great staff, awesome amenities and services for price.

Great stay very clean and safe facility

This is a VERY bare bones hotel. No breakfast. It's called a suite hotel but the kitchen has no plates, utensils or cookware, they must be purchased. The room was supposed to have a Queen bed but it was a double. We couldn't even get bath soap or tissues. If you want anything more than just a place to lay your head at night, look elsewhere.

Pet policy is not as described on the website. In addition to the $10/night pet cost we were told at check in there was also a $50 "non refundable deposit." We asked about this as that would be a "charge" and not a "deposit" if it's non refundable. Desk clerk did not understand the terms and told us it was $60 total- not refundable. Room was SO noisy to both inside and outside noise (not well insulated). Floors were dirty, surfaces were dusty. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, only 1 towel per person, no hand towels or washcloths. Water pressure very weak. Elevator smelled heavily of B.O. Housekeeping loudly banged on doors up and down the hallway at 7am on Sunday morning, shouting, "Housekeeping!" There isn't much parking and there's no parking for vehicles with trailers. Those are just the few things I remember a week after staying there.

It was available and clean

Liked having kitchen area. No hand towels and only one bath towel for 4 night stay unless you pay extra. Very noisy in hallway and rooms.

Bare bones, but not a bare bones price. For example, the rooms all have kitchens, but no pot/pans, utensils etc. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. The free coffee was awful. Walls are very thin. Cheap finishes and cheap beds etc.

It’s ok better than park inn (Motel 6) ft collins

It’s a very basic no frills hotel. New, but was surprised how it is not being maintained as far as cleanliness. Hallways and elevator had chunks of dog hair, as well as other debris during my entire 5 night stay. Never was cleaned.it also had very thin walls, floors and ceilings as yo could easily hear neighbors doing whatever. Probably not a place I would recommend if you like even the slightest amount of frills in a hotel.

No manager on duty. Waited for this poor young lady that was also trying to clean the rooms. We waited 45 minutes to get our room. Can’t remember her name, she was great just expected to do too much!!! Good for her

Very noisy and we got stuck in a handicap room …we did NOT book a handicap room, but we were told that was all they had …ridiculous 😡

The best way I can describe it is that the hotel is ran like the company is going into bankruptcy. The beds are metal futon style beds, they refuse to clean your room unless you stay longer than 14 days, if you want or need your sheets or towels exchanged there is an additional fee, if you lose your plastic key card it’s $10 to replace and if for any reason you need to sleep during the day like me (working nightshift) there is no form of blackout curtains in the room. So basically everything I thought were basic hotel services they don't do or have.

This hotel was one of the most unorthodox hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There are extra fees for things that I previously thought were basic hotel functions. For example, they won’t clean your room unless you’ve stayed 14 days or longer without an extra fee and if you need your plastic key card replaced it’s $10. Also a $15 fee if you need new towels before your 14 day cleaning. Was shocked to hear all of these rules and will not be staying here again.

Clean and new. Laundry is convenient. Very limited amenities. They give you 2 towels any more cost money. Breakfast is a lot of coffee. No tissues. No shower soap. Small bar of soap for bathroom. No ice machine. More key cards cost money. Only 1 elevator. Have to key to get in the building. Toilets get clogged constantly and everyone has to share 1 plunger. Very low water pressure on top floor. Some nights parking is full and you have to park at other businesses. Walls are thin, the couple next to us were going at it 2-3 times a day/night waking us up.

New property so everything is nice. I have never had this issue until this stay- but walls & floors are so thing that you hear EVERYTHING. Very poor sleep. You hear doors all day & night, walking, crackling beds, etc.

Very nice hotel, the staff was so friendly and helpful. There is a security door, very safe.
Parking is great, very accessible.
5 Star rating.

No ice machine, No complimentary breakfast, no Kleenex in rooms, no full length mirror, no face towels, no swimming pool. Have never stayed in any hotel that didn’t have all the above. Also have never stayed in any hotel where we had to pay for towels. Very very disappointing. All of the staff acted as though that was their first day on the job. Didn’t seemed to have been trained at all. Will NEVER stay in a WoodSpring Hotel again.

Worst hotel ever management is absolutely horrible our room was filthy when we arrived and when we went and said something the manager got all hyped up at me he said he'll send somebody down later to clean it when I told him that he needs to calm down he ended up kicking us out and when I say the room was filthy it was filthy toenails under the bed food still left in the kitchen sink the sheets weren't even changed and they knew this room never got cleaned so instead of moving us the first night to a different room we got to stay in that room and the following day when I went down to talk to the manager like I said he got all upset and kicked us out don't stay here the place is filthy and the management is pathetic with a capital P

We had a 2 queen room. We had 3 people in this room. They supplied us linens for 2 people. When we asked for additional towels, they charged us for additional linens. Everything is extra in this hotel. Basic hotel. Won't ever stay in another Woodspring. Look for Holiday inn, best western or whatever.

It was a nice room with all your basic needs but that was all you got, the bare minimum. I understand that this place is more of a longer term facility but it's the first time I've stayed at a suites type place that didn't provide any kitchenware in the room. No tissues, no paper towels, no cleaning of the room. It seems relatively new and clean and the staff was nice.

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside to the room is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors to the side and above.

Hotel is very new. That's a plus. Room was not ready when we arrived so we had to wait. That was negative. Room was clean with great A/C but floors were plastic.
I respect people who work hard labor, but I would hope the hotel would prepare better so the halls and lobby don't smell like body odor and manure.

Enjoy that it had a stove top so we could cook in a full size fridge the room was cleanly and had nice amenities such as laundry basket and laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers to do laundry the beds are absolutely terrible if you're looking for comfort this is not the place to go the young girls that were working behind the counter were very polite but as for the two gentlemen that worked there never greeted us with a smile I also came here with my service dog and my service dog was almost attacked three times I had Doberman Pinscher I had went down and told them about it several of times and they did nothing that doberman pinscher was still allowed to stay in the hotel and one night when I went down to switch out my towels the man who had the Doberman Pinscher was down there telling the manager of the hotel how his dog was such a danger it even bit his son so as I left I did mention to the manager that I was not happy that they would allow such an aggressive dog to stay there after the dog has tried to attack my service animal three times also the only other issue that we had with the hotel is when we arrived our drain did not work or shower did not work I will say that they did come and fix it the following day so that was a plus

Nice place but it is loud. Could hear people talking normally from both surrounding rooms and the hallway door slamming all night.
4.0 / 5.0
The property was good, the room was clean and comfortable. When I arrived the elevator was down for maintenance and I had a huge trunk suitcase that I had to haul up 4 flights of stairs. The check in person could have cared less and did not offer me a lower room or any alternatives, just, I'm sorry! I was not happy about that at all.

Very clean facility and I would come back again. Only complaint there was not coffee maker, no tissues, and we had noisy rude neighbors who fought in the early morning hours and the walls were to thin to muffle the sound.

Very helpful staff and clean place to stay.
2.0 / 5.0
Clean, had a room with a kitchen but there where no dishes or eating utensils, no coffee pot and no hair dryer. no carpet in the rooms and the bed frames are on legs so every time the bed is bumped or a chair moves it is very loud for the room below. i understand that the hotel is new but these are the basics in any hotel I believe.

Check in/out wasn’t the friendliest. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking so they had a cup behind it. You could hear almost every door slam so I was up all night hearing people come in and out of the surrounding rooms/doors.

The place is real nice, have a kitchen and a big fridge for good price. Recommended for anyone who travels.

The service was very good. The front desk people were very eager to help but the way the room was presented online it look like seem like a long term stay hotel with utensils, plates, bowls, and pots and pans... you should mention on your site that we need to supply all that ourselves... not even a hotpot to boil water. What is the point of a stove with none of those. and no coffee machine except in the lobby.

New property -- extended stay motel. We were there two nights. Room was fine -- BUT not what we ordered thru Expedia. We were booked for "suite, 2 queen beds, accessible, non smoking." We received a one bed and a fold-out sofa room, which was not accessible. Was told there was nothing else available, and that the motel had reserved for us the order they received. ???

Hotel is average. First room did not have hot water so we were able to switch to another room. Walls are paper thin so be prepared to hear everything. Staff was great tho and it was clean.
5.0 / 5.0
Very safe and secure. Have to carry your key with you as you have to scan your way thru all the doors to get back in. Room nice size. Moderate WiFi unless you buy the upgrade. Kitchen facilities but no cookware or dishes. No hand towels. The staff especially Cody very nice, efficient and helpful
