Check-in was fine, very friendly staff. However, staff said there would be coffee in the lobby at 7am, and that did not show up till 730am. Rather late for coffee. The entire place reeks of Fabulosa and The overwhelming scent was extremely intrusive and gave us headaches

Good location for travel into Chicago or suburbs

The staff was friendly and remembered me from previous visits, although it was a while back

My room was not very clean at all especially the bathroom. There were visible hair trimmings in the bathroom sink and the tub. I checked in the middle of the night around 12am and after traveling I just wanted to shower and sleep but I was disgusted. Especially seeing the pube like hair in the shower. The icing on top was the towels being DIRTY. Visible shoe prints on the towels. This was the most unpleasant stay I’ve probably ever had for those reasons alone. When communicating with staff members about this when requesting new towels ( there is a charge- waiver due to them being disgustingly dirty), they kind of just rolled their eyes and didn’t do anything to offer or make up for the issue at hand.
The facilities seemed newly renovated but up close you can see how the rooms were not kept clean. My overall room minus the bathroom was OK, weird booger like object on the TV remote and dead bugs on the hangers. This is a very basic hotel, don’t expect much- cleanliness, amenities like an iron and customer service.

The bed was terrible. It kept falling off the frame and ended up just crooked and on the floor most of the night. There's a stove top microwave and fridge but zero cookware or utensils or plates/cups. No coffee pot either. Coffee in the lobby gone by 9am. Staff was wonderful!

Beds were hard, pillows were flat and the girl at the front desk wanted to charge a fee for two additional towels, until the manager said to just give them to us. Rooms were clean though and had a fridge and range. No coffee makers in the room.

Would recommend this place again.

I was disappointed that; I didn’t get the room I reserved, the sheets were dirty and I had to change the sheets my self. Lastly, the lady in the morning shift is so rude. Other than that, the building looks new and not run down.

Room looked nice and had a full-size fridge, microwave and stove. However, I stayed for 8 days and was given 2 bath towels (one had hair on it), 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. Additional clean towels carried a $3.00 fee. Also, no housekeeping was done until after I left (they told me it was done every 2 weeks) and the floor was filthy.

It was very clean. There was no ironing board or iron and no hair dry No breakfast just complimentary coffee.

This was a great property to stay at. It is very new and well taken care of. The employees at the front desk were helpful and kind. We definitely would stay here again!

This was an extended stay. They had a staffing shortage. Did not provide early check in and their window was only open certain hours. Beds were very uncomfortable and sheets did not fit. On both beds ended up sleeping on the bare mattresses because the sheets came off. No hair dryer was in the room. No ice bucket or ice machine. Very spacious and clean though.

Nice, new place. Cindy the front desk clerk was fantastic. I’ll be staying there next time I’m in town. Couldn’t have done any better.

Lots of smokers hanging out by the entry door, which happened to be right outside our window. So there were a lot of people talking at all times of day and night.

This was an odd hotel and entertaining. When I got there to check in, the main person checking me in was very funny and cracked jokes. It was very human, as was his bickering with the other person who was there. Both seemed really tired as if the work they were doing to run the hotel was exhausting. I bet it is a lot of work!
Anyway, it was a good stay but I'm not sure I'd go there again.

It was very clean. I wish they would do some sort of breakfast in the morning.

My name is Fady Aziz I reserved a double room through Hotels.com . I arrived around 1 pm I met Cindy at the reception I checked my reservation for a queen double room and then she said I can’t check in till 3 pm after reviewing my reservation through her . I came back after I found a man called Dino , he told me that she moved me from a double bed room to a single bed room and they do a have any more double rooms . Is that appropriate? What kind of management is this , I have my kids now how we gonna stay the next 4 days . Please I need a refund ., this is not professional. And now I had to take the single bed room cuz I am stuck. Unfortunately I had to reserve to my son and my daughter another hotel . Also unfortunately Hotels.com didn’t communicate with me and I will never gonna reserve anything through u guys again.

The gentleman at the front desk is the only thing enjoyable about my stay at this location. The refrigerator was missing a leg and would tip over when I opened the door. I told the desk and I saw him write the note for maintenance to fix the issue. I was told that since it was Friday, it would have to wait until Monday. Monday came and went and on Wednesday I went back to the desk and told the very nice man that the refrigerator was still not fixed. He sighed and apologized, wrote another note, and that was it. I spent the week in an extended stay so I could cook for myself while working in the area but ended up eating out every night. It was only a matter of time before the refrigerator would tip all the way over and fall on top of me, so I could not buy groceries. The hallways wreaked of marijuana constantly. That was a HUGE issue for me. I stay in extended stays all the time, and I have dealt with residents before. I make a complaint, the desk tells the resident, and the next thing I know I have a resident knocking on my door telling me to mind my own business, or worse, so I kept my mouth shut until I was checking out. At night, people gather in the side parking lot and drink, hoot & holler, and smoke marijuana. I work 6am to 11pm seven days a week and I just don't have the time to mess around patrolling the parking lot, nor did I want a conflict with the residents outside. It already did not feel safe, so I saved my complaint until I checked out. Awful place, just awful.

Very nice property, staff was a little non- responsive to requests. My room was very clean & looked new. Rooms should have more then 2 Rolls of TP before Charging us. Overall for my 2 weeks it a very nice stay. Would Recommend to others in need.

Noisy. Room was super bright in the sleeping hours of the morning. They don’t have blackout curtains. Not at all comfortable sleep.

I needed to leave my room card. No one to give it to for safety. So i pushed the card under the desk rollup window. No instruction on how to leave the key in the room.so we felt for safety reasons we left it at the desk.

The room and overall appearance of the hotel was very clean and inviting. The gentleman working the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue we had was no coffee maker in the room without purchase. We drink coffee at all hours so this was inconvenient. I would stay again however without hesitation

Never got to stay, as hotel was overbooked. Hotels.com never checked with hotel for availability.

The only person working there worth going is Cindy. She is absolutely amazing and should be promoted.

My stay was great! It's a newer building so the rooms were very modern and clean. Front desk was very kind and courteous. Next, the shower was hot and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is very large thankfully! It was a quiet building with an amazing laundry room with coin and electronic payment options. Full fridge and microwave with two electric eyes to cook. You can bring your own cooking set or buy a new one at the front desk! Overall a great stay, I would stay again!

I booked a room with two queen beds; I was given a room with one king bed and a pull-out couch. When I inquired with the front desk about it, I was told, “That’s all we’ve got.”
We were given two towels and two washcloths for three guests; we were told that is their policy.
SO incredibly inconvenient!!

Cindy is the best. She made our stay awesome.
