Vorsicht! Precausion!

Appartement modern und sauber

Apartment komfortabel und sauber, aber der Besitzer ist ein Kleinkrimineller, der schon am Anfang nur über WhatsApp kommunizieren wollte und uns beim Preis um fast das Doppelte betrügen wollte. Das automatische Einfahrtstor funktionierte auch nicht gleich, nach 15 Minuten mit dem Sender klopften eir an die Tür und eine Nachbarin öffnete. Statt sich zu entschuldigen, behauptete er , das Tor hat nicht funktioniert, weil wzgeklopft haben. Der über Bookingcom vereinbarte Preis, war seiner Meinung nach nur ein defakto Preis. Er wollte statt der vereinbarten 96 Dollar plötzlich 140 Dollar. Nicht genug, ließ er uns am Abend vor der Abreise von einem Geldeintreiber aus dem Bett holen, anstatt wie vereinbart am Morgen in der sogenannten Rezeption zu zahlen. Der anschließende Wechselkurs, war der nächste Betrug, statt rund 6000,- Pesos verrechnete er 8000,- Pesos. Ein totaler Soziophat! Finger weg! Apartamento cómodo y limpio, pero el dueño es un delincuente de poca monta que inicialmente solo quería comunicarse a través de WhatsApp y quería engañarnos con el precio casi el doble. La puerta de entrada automática tampoco funcionó enseguida, después de 15 minutos con el transmisor llamaste a la puerta y un vecino la abrió. En lugar de disculparse, afirmó que la puerta no funcionaba porque alguien llamó. En su opinión, el precio acordado a través de Bookingcom era simplemente un precio de facto. De repente quería 140 dólares en lugar de los 96 dólares acordados. No fue suficiente, hizo que un cobrador nos sacara de la cama la noche antes de la salida, en lugar de pagar en la llamada recepción por la mañana, como se había acordado. El tipo de cambio posterior fue el siguiente fraude, en lugar de unos 6000 pesos cobró 8000 pesos. ¡Un sociópata total! ¡Fuera las manos!
