冷蔵庫に長い髪の毛

フロントの方が丁寧に説明してくれ、とても対応が良かったです。

冷蔵庫を開けたらなんにも入ってないとこに長い髪の毛が３本も入っててびっくりしました。なんか、故意にやったとしか思えない状況でした、写真撮ろうと思いましたが家族に止められやめました。あと、エアコンの掃除がしてなくてホコリがべったりで汚れた空気を吸ってる感じがしました。窓も拭いてなくて、他のアパホテルとは別物でした。あと、前の人がおにぎりたべたのか海苔、チリが落ちていました。値段がやすいから仕方ないのかと諦めました。あとひとつ、電話が故障していてフロントにも外線にも繋がらないとの説明がラミネートされて置いてありましたが、だいぶ古い感じで直す気はなさそうでした。

泊まるにちょうどいい

スタッフの方が丁寧だった。朝食が美味しかった。

シャワーヘッドとホースの繋ぎ目の金具？のところからお湯が漏れていた。水圧が低い、お湯の温度の調節が難しい。カードを差し込んで電気が点く仕組みになってるが、何度もささないと点かない部屋がある。

Exceeded all expectations, very positive experience.

The hotel was very clean. Room service employees were very friendly. Check in staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we entered or exited the building.

Great stay at the Machida eki APA Hotel

The bed and bedding is very comfortable. The desk is wide and the desk chair is comfortable. The make-up sink space is nice and wide with good lighting. I like glass mugs for coffee and tea. My room was quiet.

Managing the water pressure for the bathroom sink is challenging. Also, since the floor is uneven, it is uncomfortable near the bathtub. Maybe a plastic plate could sit atop the drain area to make the floor even for your feet going in and coming out of the shower.

The room is spacious, the desk is wide and desk chair is comfortable. Thank you for the shower cap.

It’s a bit far from the train station, but there are many shops nearby.

Very beautiful, spacious room. Lovely, helpful staff. I will be staying at this hotel again.

The location was wonderful. I think that it is a good place to stay if you are in Machida. The biggest thing was that the staff were professional. Also, I left something behind and they worked with me to get it back! Very good service. The bed was comfy as well. Also, the room was very spacious! I love that part of this hotel.

Pillows can be a bit softer and more plentiful, but I was told I could get new ones from the front desk. So that is all just a convenience thing.

Lovely staff, lovely breakfast (paid in advance), and spacious room. Can't beat it for the price.

The breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed the spacious room and the beautiful location. Also, it was fairly priced! I would do it again!

I thought my bed was a bit off, but that's because I like two pillows, and a bit softer in the bed department. Otherwise, it was fine.

Fair value for last-minute travelers and businessmen

Very nice staff, quick check-in, big comfy bed.

There was some mechanical noise in the room throughout the night. Maybe it was the small fridge but I was too tired to go Sherlock on it. I put on earplugs to be able to sleep. Breakfast was rather simple. I expected something more for that price. Cold bread, limited and unhealthy drink selection, not much fruit. It is not a bad breakfast, but for the same price you get way better breakfasts in other hotels, even in central Tokyo.
