You’ll find additional space in the finished walkout basement, perfect for expanding your living area or creating a peaceful retreat along with storage area, catering to your organizational needs. Embrace the outdoors from the comfort of the delightful large deck, overlooking the picturesque yard that is great for seasonal gatherings. Updates include a new furnace, water heater, A/C condenser, and modern appliances. With a newer picture window and front door, along with recent improvements such as the garage door and roof, this home is primed to provide both comfort and peace of mind for years to come. Offering proximity to pristine Sandy Neck Beach. Please note that we have a security camera outside of this property which can be turned off during your stay.
