About this house rental
The space
The house is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood called the Cove. It is less than two miles to the beach and with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.
The house features a private pool that is not heated.
There is a bbq in the backyard and two lounge chairs.
There are a total of four bedrooms. Three with queen sized beds and one with a pull out sofa bed. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets. A dining room that sits six people and a full kitchen.
HOUSE RULES:
★ NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE ★
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the house. Any smoking evidence will result in an additional fee for duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We are very strict about this rule. You will be asked to leave if you are hosting a party or event at the house. There are no additional people allowed on property other than the ones approved and added during the booking process.
★ PETS ★
We allow pets for a minimal $150 fee. Please keep in mind that you are financially responsible for your pets. If they damage anything on the property it's your responsibility to cover those costs.
★ NO RV & NO BOATS OR TRAILERS ★
Local ordinance does not allow these.
We ask that all guests disclose the number of people that will be on the property at any time to comply with local laws and policies.
There is one camera facing the street and driveway for security purposes. There are NO cameras anywhere inside the house, we respect the privacy of our guests.
