The townhome is located in a great location. A lovely tree-lined neighborhood with access to good restaurants, bars, subway station and grocery shopping. The townhome itself was comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. Thomas was very welcoming and responsive to any request we made. Our month long stay in the city was a wonderful experience!

Our family loved living like locals for the long weekend we spent in NYC! This townhouse is exceptionally clean and very spacious. Conveniently located to the Metro and within a stones throw of some amazing restaurants, fun cocktail bars, pharmacies and markets.
The host was easy to work with and very responsive.
The zen garden was a very unique and welcome feature. The beds and bedding are very comfortable as were the towels. The kitchen is well stocked for a large crowd and we appreciated the teas that were available for our use.
My only reason for 4* on Accuracy of Listing is that it wasn’t clear when we reserved the number of bedrooms AND that the trundle room is a part of the master bedroom. That could’ve caused a problem for some guest arrangements- luckily for us it did not. It should be clear that the master suite is very large and spacious and includes an alcove with a trundle bed. It was used by our niece and she was very comfortable.
Overall this was the BEST place we’ve ever rented in NYC and I highly recommend for parties of 6+

Aside from the fact that the listing stated that the property sleeps 20 people, I have no complaints. It was beautiful, clean, and accommodated all the guests pretty well. The owner had us put some extra mattresses on the floor since some people did not have beds due to incorrect information in the listing, which was not ideal, but still very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if he will host me! Thank you for the hospitality!

Townhouse was incredible. It hosted a big group and everyone was able to stretch out comfortably. Great, vibrant location, yet surprisingly quite and cozy on the street. Sheets and beds were soft/nice. High dollar amenities (kitchen, bathroom, flat screen TVs). Coffee and supplies were waiting on us when we arrived. Thomas was great and very accommodating to our group. Super easy to work with. Hope to stay here again.

This apartment is in a perfect location. The part of the street where it is is located is very quiet yet only minutes walk from all NYC has to offer. It is very spacious for NYC. We had lots of space for all of us. If we go back to NYC we would definitely stay here again. The owner was very easy to work with.
