This was truly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. It’s quite clean, tastefully decorated and the host has thought of every detail one could wish for including luggage racks in the bedrooms, wonderful cozy quilts on the very comfortable beds and ceiling fans in all the rooms. The home (because that’s what it felt like) is refreshingly uncluttered yet has has everything one could want. The house is well within walking distance (even for someone with arthritis in various joints) of some excellent restaurants. The street it is situated on is relatively busy but the house is well insulated and quiet within. The host was delightfully responsive to any questions we had. My husband and I hope to get back there one day.

This very clean house was a perfect choice for my family as a stop on our road trip along the coast. The condition is like new and there is a convenient parking spot right in front of the house. Although neighbors are close and it’s on a city street, it was quiet overnight. We had great Mexican take out close by at Raliberto’s Taco Shop and breakfast at Los Bagels.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and nicely furnished. The beds and pillows were comfy for sleeping, we had everything we needed for cooking, and Audrey was responsive and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and hope to return the next time we’re in town.

We stayed here for sisters graduation from Cal Poly Humboldt, its walking distance from campus.
The house was clean, kitchen had all you can need, even stocked with coffee.
There is no assigned parking but plenty of street parking right in front of the house door.
