The villa has full Air conditioning and heating throughout and an electric fire in the lounge
There is a Twin Bedroom on the ground floor and fitted wardrobes
Also on the ground floor there is a Shower room with walk in shower, WC, Sink and heated towel rail
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms:
The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed, Fitted Wardrobes with Safe and a En-Suite Shower with walk in shower, WC, Sink and heated towel rail.. There are patio doors leading out onto the upstairs balcony with amazing views across the golf course overlooking the 14th Green and Lakes.
The 2nd Bedroom also has a King size Bed, Fitted Wardrobes and a en-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, WC & Sink. There are also patio doors leading out onto the balcony overlooking the 14th Green and Lakes too
The Garden is at the rear of the villa and has table and chairs, 2 Sun Loungers and Gas BBQ
There is free access to the large shared heated pool very close to the Villa.
Other amenities include children's play area, soccer school, driving range and practice area in addition to those already listed, a fabulous place for you never to be bored.
