This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is new to our rentals and is fabulous, especially if you love fishing! The private dock is a superb spot to cast your line or drop your crab trap. Centrally located on the island, making it easy to access the top end with it's amenities or the bottom half of the island's pools and private beach. The perfect spot for your large extended family or multiple families. This large home sits at the back of a quiet cul-de-sac and backs up to our famous low country tidal marsh. The spacious backyard has an expansive deck making for great outdoor living space, as well. This home easily sleeps 10. There are multiple living spaces giving everyone a private space for relaxation.
You realize how inviting this beautiful home is before you even enter. You are greeted by a large front porch and glass doors bringing the breathtaking vista to you. Open the double doors and enter the this stunner. Floor to ceiling windows and doors let you experience the amazing low country vista. To your left is the family room. A large sectional sofa and TV make for a quiet retreat or the room for Game Day! The powder bath is also off the entry. The great room is home to the main living area. Find wood beamed, vaulted ceilings and a 55" TV anchoring one wall. The dining area is open to the living area. Here you have a large table with seating for 8. Mix up the eveing cocktails at the bar off the dining area. The great room has multiple doors leading out to the sprawling deck.
Next to the dining area is the gourmet kitchen. Custom cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances await the pickiest family chef! The large island has stool seating for 7. Off the kitchen is the breakfast room. Sip your morning coffee in one of the oversized chairs and watch the birds play atop the marsh grasses. A door from this room leads out to the sun porch. You feel like you are outside in this 3 walled window room. However, you stay cool in the climate controlled space! Doors lead out of the sun porch to the deck. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, plenty of counter and storage space.
Stairs from the laundry lead to the FROG (Finished Room Over Garage). A wonderful bonus space for the kids. A fun room has couches, a game table makes the perfect spot for puzzles. Multiple skylights make this room feel bright and sunny! Enjoy the 55" Smart TV. The FROG also has a full bath. There is also a bedroom in this space with two Twin and two Full beds. With this perfect space you may never even know the kids are with you!
The bedroom wing is on the homes main level. The primary bedroom suite is something special. Each night you will drift off to sleep in the King bed. This room has a 55" TV and a private office for those needing to bring work with them. You will have a quiet space - away from family and friends. Doors lead from the primary bedroom out to the home's deck. The primary bathroom has a spa feel to it. There is a double sink vanity, a garden tub and walk-in shower.
Down the hall from the primary bedroom are the two guest bedrooms and the full hall bath. The first guest room has a King bed and the second guest room has two twins. The updated hall bath has a marble topped vanity and large walk-in shower.
As stunning as the inside of this home is the outside is even more special. The large deck has both seating and dining areas. You even have your own private dock to crab or fish from. Launch a kayak or paddle board from the dock. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 25', feel free to bring yours for the week! There is a propane grill on the deck. You will spend endless hours watching the beautiful nightly sunsets! The owners have four bikes for you to use while visiting.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
This house is conveniently located to all of Seabrook Islands amenities. No matter how you choose to spend your day, this is the perfect place to start making your Seabrook vacation memories!
Cancellation Policy:
For our larger homes, cancellation notice of 30 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. With appropriate notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
