About this house rental
Summary:
Perfect for a large family! This home is divided into two apartment, A & B, and this rental is for the entire home. Capacity of 16 people. Just three blocks away from upper King Street. Our wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just 15 minutes away!
The Space:
This rental is divided up into two rentals, one downstairs unit and one upstairs unit. This listing is for BOTH the upstairs and downstairs rented out together. The home has a 2 night minimum.
There are a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms (three upstairs, three downstairs). There is a large living area with two pullout sofas on each level. The home has a maximum capacity of 16.
Each kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but NO formal dining area.
The rental has a large porch on both floors.

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just four short blocks from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide SIX (6) off-street parking spaces. We suggest an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.
There are multiple taxi services, Uber included.
Other Things to Note:
2 night minimum stay.
Capacity of 16. No outside guests are permitted.
Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable
Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.
Please consider these times when booking travel as we do not make an exceptions for early check in or late check out.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.
For safety and maintenance reasons, NOTHING is to be attached to any wall under any circumstance. Fees will apply if anything is found. This includes but is not limited to; all types of tape, adhesives, pins, etc.
