The house features four spacious bedrooms on two levels, making it ideal for large families and groups.
Main Bedroom (Upstairs): Cozy king-sized bed, large closet, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, and a work desk.
Second & Third Bedrooms (Downstairs): Both rooms come with king-sized beds, Smart TVs, and dressers for your belongings.
Fourth Bedroom (Downstairs): Perfect for kids, with two sets of double bunk beds for fun sleepovers.
Additional Sleeping Arrangements: A sleeper sofa is located in the loft area on the second level, and there's a sofa bed in the game room for extra guests.

🛁 Bathrooms
There are three full bathrooms, one on each level, all equipped with soft towels and basic toiletries.

Upstairs Bathroom: Connected to the main bedroom, featuring a large walk-in shower.
Main Floor Bathroom: Located near the living area, with a shower/tub combo.

Including all its amenities and facilities, this includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here. Free parking is available for multiple vehicles in the driveway.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.

🕒 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

📺 Smart TVs: All of the Smart TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. Please bring your login info for your streaming channels.

🏞️ Wildlife Awareness: You are in the mountains of Colorado! You will probably see wildlife, but please observe from a distance. There are often deer, elk, and bears in Woodland Park and around our home. Please use the bear-proof trash bins for any trash, and do not leave trash or food outside. You may also see the occasional rodent, snakes, and bugs. Please just keep your distance and stay safe.

🚫 No Feeding Wildlife: It is ILLEGAL to feed wildlife in Colorado. You could face a $100 fine for feeding wildlife. Keep your distance and NEVER feed any wild animals!
