This stylish open-concept living has great views no matter where you are in the condo. With balcony access from both the living room and the oversized master bedroom, you can sip your morning coffee on the deck enjoying the sounds of the waves as you plan the day’s adventure. The living room features plush furnishings accented by the Florida beach vibe. And of course, beach supplies are also provided, like chairs and towels.
The bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, featuring plenty of storage and flat-screen TVs. No detail has been missed. The spacious primary bedroom has two queen-size beds that you can see the gulf from, while the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. If needed, your living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Downstairs you’ll enjoy the beach-side, community pool where you have full access to community grills and tiki-covered tables. Perfect for a memorable family picnic. There is full beach access where you can take a relaxing stroll along the sugar-white sand of Mad Beach.
No need for a car here. With over 130 boutiques, restaurants, local breweries and attractions, you can shop, eat local cuisine and rent any water sport you can imagine (like parasailing or deep-sea fishing) all within walking distance. Or… take a quick day trip to St. Petersburg and check out the St. Pete Pier, the Dali Museum or visit the Sunken Gardens.
