DOWNSTAIRS

LIVING ROOM: Smart TV, 2 couches, accent chairs (comfortable seating for 7-8).

SITTING ROOM: 4 lounge chairs, coffee table, wood-burning fireplace (seating for 4). Guests are welcome to use the wood burning fireplace, but please be sure to bring your own firewood. We often have leftover at the house, but this isn't always guaranteed. We do have plenty of lighters available!

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, duo Keurig (ground coffee and k cups), and French press. NOTE: Ground coffee, k cups, sugar, and creamer are provided.

DINING ROOM: Dining space for 8 guests (new dining table coming soon!). The dining area is small, but we have made the most of the space with plenty of seating.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer located right off the kitchen in closet.

BEDROOM 1: King bed, dresser, large closet, and luggage bench.

BEDROOM 2: King bed, dresser, large closet, smart TV , and two chairs.

BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, 2 nightstands, large closet.

NOTE: None of the bedrooms at Mountain Mindset have an en suite bathroom. Both of the full bathrooms are located on the first floor across from the three ground floor bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and a DOHM sound machine.

BATHROOM 1: Single vanity, toilet and walk-in shower.

BATHROOM 2: single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.

UPSTAIRS

NOTE: The stairs leading upstairs are steep and should be navigated with caution for those that may struggle with stairs.

BEDROOM 4 (LOFT): 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamps, full-length mirror, and arm chairs. This bedroom is a loft and open to the sitting area below.

BEDROOM 5: Queen daybed and desk. Note: this room has skylights that do not have curtains/blinds.

OUTDOORS: Hot tub, outdoor dining set, Adirondack chairs, gas firepit, grill, and EV charger (50 AMP outlet)

OTHER NOTES: The house is not equipped with Central AC, but we do have window AC units for the summer months to keep the house cool.
