You will have exclusive access to the private patio featuring a comfy couch, outdoor dining table, and incredible outdoor city ambiance rare to find in New York! This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With unbeatable location - minutes from to Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops!
This elegant flat features a modern setting with lots of space, and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!
The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to four (4) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

The space comes with two 65 inch flat screen Smart TV's for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer.

Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!
2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We do have a luggage storage where you can leave your bags while waiting for check-in. Please reach out to our team prior to arrival if you intend to use the luggage storage prior to arrival so we can provide you with instructions.
3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.
4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.
5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our apartments are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!

This property made our stay in NYC so easy. The responsiveness of the property owner was outstanding. It was in a great, quiet, safe area. Will happily stay again for our next visit.

Clean apartment in quiet neighborhood. Private patio was a nice amenity to have in the city on nice weather days. Access was easy with the Latch app. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

disappointing
The department is good but unfortunately poorly managed. It says it is for 4 people, 1 bedroom and a living room but what it doesn't tell you is that it does NOT have a sofa bed but rather an inflatable mattress! The cleaning was not good, the dishwasher could not be closed, there was a leak in the ceiling, there was no dishes for 4 people, there were no cleaning supplies, there were no hangers in the closet, and no matter how much I told him all this The Host never responded to my concerns, he only told me that they would fix the leak, which is really a shame because it is expensive and it is also a rich apartment. The terrace is very dirty and poorly maintained.

Visited New York with my husband and teenage daughter. Entry to unit was great via app. Communication with host was excellent. The condo was spacious and clean. The location was fantastic. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to diner, market and pizza shop. Central Park was an easy 10-15 min walk. Would highly recommend this VRBO.
